This program is designed for students aged 15-19 who are looking to explore their future career paths, gain real-world experience, and develop the skills needed for university and beyond.

It is ideal for curious learners seeking self-discovery and clarity on their academic and professional goals.

Designed by professors and fellows from Harvard and supported by corporate partners, our program goes beyond theory. It is a continuous, year-long journey of growth blend of learning and practice. Students solve real-world problems presented by our industry partners, gaining direct professional exposure through:

• Career workshops focused on résumé building, interviewing, and professional networking.

• Real company placements where students apply their skills to authentic business challenges.

• In-depth conversations with professionals tackling today’s most pressing issues in STEAM fields.

The X-STEAM Career Program is a continuous 12-month experience centered on solving real-world problems:

1. Phase 1 - One-Month Online Foundation Course: Builds skills in inquiry-based learning and cross-cultural collaboration while connecting students with a global network.

2. Phase 2 - 2.5-Week Residential Practicum: Features career workshops and an industry placement where students begin addressing a real-world challenge mentored by professionals.

3. Phase 3 - 10-Month Online Guided Curriculum: Students continue developing their project under expert mentorship, refining their solution and aligning their academic/career plans.

4. Phase 4 - Lifelong Network Access: Graduates join the ATWIN Youth Club, gaining access to meetups, academic and internship opportunities, and a supportive global community.

Students can explore roles across technology, engineering, healthcare, finance, design, sustainability, and other STEAM fields, with placements tailored to their interests and partner availability.

No prior experience is necessary. We welcome students with curiosity, collaborative spirit, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

The all-inclusive tuition covers:

• One-month online foundation course

• 2.5-week residential practicum (accommodation, meals, materials, mentorship)

• 10-month online curriculum and project guidance (Note: Airfare and insurance are not included.)
