Meet Our ATeam

Anny Chan

Founder & CEO

Anny is the founder of ATWIN Education. She holds a master's degree in education from Harvard University. Anny is a Vice President for the Asian Pacific American Public Affairs Boston and Board President of the International and Intercultural Education Institute. She established the International STEAM Education Network and the Cross-Cultural Education Association at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Anny was honored with the 2025 Unsung Hero Award by the AAPI Commission of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and "35 Under 35" Outstanding Chinese Americans. With over a decade of consulting experience in education and technology, including leadership roles at PwC, the Ministry of Education in Australia, and the OECD, Anny's work exemplifies a deep commitment to building a more inclusive, innovative, and interconnected future for the next generation.

Professor Chris

Advisory Board

Professor Chris is a pivotal member of the ATWIN's Advisory Board. He was the Timothy E. Wirth Professor in Learning Technologies at Harvard University and is affiliated with the National Academy of Sciences for Education and Psychology. In his role as a Policy Research Fellow at the U.S. Department of Education, he plays a significant part in formulating educational policies. Additionally, as the Deputy Director of the National Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Online Education, he spearheads innovation within this domain. Formerly, he served as a scientist at NASA's Johnson Space Center and MIT's Computer Science Laboratory. His extensive and distinguished background empowers him to offer incisive and valuable counsel to the Advisory Board.

Professor Victor

Advisory Board

Professor Victor is an essential member of the ATWIN's Advisory Board.  In his role as the Co-Chair of the Teaching and Teacher Leadership program at Harvard, he plays a pivotal part in shaping educational leadership paradigms and advanced teaching strategies. He is passionate about improving science teaching and learning in middle and high school classrooms. With 14 years of experience teaching science at top U.S. high schools, he has amassed rich practical experience. Widely acknowledged as a leading authority in U.S. science education, his academic achievements empower him to offer incisive and invaluable advice to the Advisory Board.
